I'm glad we won but I don't know why we were so eager to boot the ball away whenever we had it after scoring. Surely it should have been more of the same with possession domination?

burn Dempsey in effigy if you like, but a goal and an assist in today's game shows his commitment to the team and his team mates without doubt - slate him of you like, but he is a YIDDO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :pompous:

just sayin' :mask:

Fuck sake, sky not going to talk about the game!?

Don't be ridiculous it's fergies last game at OT he is a god a sky they need a proper sending off for him. How dare they talk about our match, sky would have their viewing rights taken from them if they don't lick fergies balls for the next 2 hours

Reading some of these posts our fans are crazy! So far I've seen The following get slagged off - Lloris, Caulker, Dawson, Hudd, Parker, Lennon and Dempsey.

And to think... We still won!!!

OK, Bale has been at fault for a number of goals at corners and always in essentially the same position. I think that this is because he's scared if getting hurt and so doesn't attack the ball. Also, does AVB have some sort of theological objection to having men on the post or is it Lloris who decides?

I think we are all relieved that's over, and we didn't get any serious injuries. I always worry about Stoke kicking our lads to pieces. So many nasty players. Just glad our superior skills triumphed in the end.

Anyone know who the fans were singing Happy birthday to?

Players get criticised and also praised, that's life.

I've been to 3 home games this season and I wanted to sing for the entire game, but didn't wanna look outta place when sometimes you could hear a pin drop (bar the Inter game). Please can we not turn into a library. Sunderland has to be full of voice and support.

Ah that magical word "support"... That's the most saddening part of it, mate.. 'Supporters' are paying £50 per game, yet show up to sing "you don't know what you're doing"... Or "Boooooo" when Dembele is taken off, etc etc....

Is it any wonders that we've been better away from home, than we have at it, when the players are just waiting for the next negative song/chant, if their spoiled asses aren't getting what they want?

I believe (though happy to be corrected) that we are unbeaten in our last 7 games, whilst only losing 2 out of the last 20? No wonder the WHL faithful express such disapproval
