with the separate threads already for mancini, pulis, mourinho, etc. and the impending threads that would inevitably be coming for the new everton, madrid, PSG, and napoli managers (among others), i thought it'd be a good idea to make a general thread to discuss the rumors so there's not a billion seperate threads cluttering up the general football section.
yesterday there was an article on the daily mail (among others) linking AVB with Napoli. obviously it was bollocks because 1. it's the daily mail, and 2. there's no reason to believe AVB would want out, but i did some looking around on some napoli fan forums just to get the lowdown and didn't even find one mention of AVB on them. pretty obvious he's not even a real candidate if he's not on their radars. (as if the daily mail story needed another nail in the shit coffin)
they do however seem very confident that they're getting rafa benitez, so that's interesting.
