This is a key win for us, it stopped a bit of a slide - Swansea are no mugs either.

Am thinking of season we got CL - thought we had thrown it away then won a load of games I didn't expect Arse, Chelski, citeh... Need that now.

Pipe down, I am full of praise for AVB, in fact I think he is brilliant. All I am saying is that we need to install some mental stability to the team. P.S. I am not talking about getting a new manager but a coach/ player who can introduce a mental toughness to the team.

Your post was quite clearly referencing getting rid of AVB.....that you have had a change of heart is your business. So instead of telling me to pipe down perhaps you should think before you write.

Hate this argument. He's 24... He's not some fresh 17 year old. Look at Luke Shaw far outperforming him in the position.

I don't like to slag off our own players but he just isn't good enough at LB; arguably at any position.

It's just good technique, the result of being properly coached at a young age to be comfortable on the ball. All players coming through should ideally be like that. It doesn't have to be just the strikers/attacking players.

I'd like him in midfield instead of Parker or to replace Parker if he's getting tired, especially as Kaboul may be fit again. Talking of whom, does anyone think that Kaboul should replace Walker at RFB?

2 standout players for me...adebayor and naughton. They are the 2 players that can really fire us into the Champ League and Europa League glory cos lets face it, they cant play any worse than they are at present. If they up their game we could actually field 11 good players instead of 9 good players and 2 numnuts!

I would add walker to that, but he just every now and then does something useful.

I had no reference to AVB, "get someone in" does not mean replace. It was referring to an addition. I can see how you got to your conclusion but undoubtedly you misinterpreted my narrative.
