He is a gooner himself btw, but overall it seems a pretty unbiased analysis. Liked this part especially :

If there is a modern, coherent transfer structure in place at Arsenal, then it seems remarkably well hidden. There may well be a great deal of activity behind the scenes, but the results speak for themselves."

Although you could argue that those clubs aren't operating at the same level

Finding players to keep you in the league, or finish upper-mid table, is easier than finding players who will win the league for you or get you Champions League football
