in the 09/10 season we played 20 games in the 1st half of the season and 18 in the 2nd half, arsenal played 19 and 19 so there's the extra game. must have been scheduling around the cups or something.

They've ranked PPG, not points, and since Arsenal have played a game more our PPG is as marginally higher as it is possible for it to be.

Not sure that is correct. Sure poch had a £45m net spend before this summer.
