Neither Townsend or Lennon should play. These two have provided virtually nothing end product wise in months, yet people here keep sticking one or both in their weekly teams.

Because they provide width and because pace always unsettles opponents.

Physioroom has Kaboul, Paulinho, Dembele and Ade listed as late fitness tests. I expect Kaboul and Ade to get through, have my doubts about the other two.

Ade on the bench because he needs to recover properly, and Soldado needs to work his way through this. He and Kane have promise as a duo, I feel.

Would have left Kaboul out also, but with Rose probably out, Fryers is needed at LB. Veljkovic won't be thrown in at the deep end you feel.

Kane and Soldado up front perhaps. Go with Ade and Chadli at Anfield when we'll need to be a little more direct and physical. After last night I think Chadli's wasted as a winger - striker could be his best bet.

All i want is to play the players that are going to play next year, and a style that we will implement over the long run.
