Not had a lot to do but looks good what he is doing and inspires more confidence than Steele, who seems dodgy with anything in the air everytime i've seen him.

Rose is far better further forward.

Sandro will get a decent pre-season in the tournament.

Taylor has caught the eye, Ramsey is better than the other GB midfielders we have seen.

I read earlier that Danilo denied the AVB comments, apparently the quote came from a Facebook account but its a fake.

Butland looks good. Should sign him whilst he is only 7m

it's a bit of a shame that Team GB weren't taking this serious (and a bit luckier with injuries). The players that could be there: Phil Jones, Oxlaide-Chamberlaine, Bale, Walker, Wilshere - could have been quite a team.

If we sign Lloris (25), there's no point in signing Butland.

I love that type of dribbling, the kind that forces the defender back. Broken ankles.

a much better 2nd half...

what a performance by Butland!! gosh... hope we sign him! bags of potential.

Rose had a good 2nd half. think he's really to be Benny's backup.

Butland was excellent, but I was also really impressed by Caulker. Watched him closely and he was very assured and did everything right.

Very good performance against some very tough opposition.

Why Pearce stuck Rose out on the right side bewildered me but he looked a lot better on the left amazingly. What is it with England/GB coaches wanting to play players out of position??

Scholes playing left midfield for England was probably the biggest travesty and also playingHeskey as a CF of course.

Caulker didn't have the best of games but did well and a strange thing I have noticed with him is the defence he plays in seems more calmer with him in there and his communication is very good

We could then let Gomes and Cudicini leave, kept old man Friedel as number 3.

Agree with this. Defence seemed to settle after he was brought on. He did look a bit slow on the turn I thought.
