Everton are in poor form and looked woeful against Wolves.

Bring in Sanchez for Davies and Lo Celso for Hojbjerg or Skipp to give us some passing ability in the middle of the park.

Argument for another CM eg Ndombele instead of Moura.

I think Sanchez will start in place of Davies.

one of Skipp / hojbjerg will drop and both Ndombele & Lo Celso will start at the expense of Moura in a 3-5-2

It's always exciting to fit Ndombele in, looks good on paper. But then..... you know what happens, a few fancy touches and no end product. Doesn't get hold of a game. Neither do PEH and Skipp I must admit.

I can see Sanchez coming in for Davies, Winks in for Hojbjerg or Skipp, and Ndombele in for Lucas tbh.

I agree with the majority on here saying we should go 3-5-2, we looked far to open in the 3-4-3 system.
Two changes from Vitese game I’d take Lucas and Davies out and bring Ndombele and Sanchez in.
Everton are very light in midfield at the moment, that’s where we should definitely exploit.

Lloris

Tanganga Sanchez Romero

Emerson Gio Skipp Ndombele Reguilon

Kane Son

Subs : Gollini, Dier, Rodon, Højberg, Dele, Lucas, Bergwijn
Was tempted to say that midfield but would just be surprised if Conte makes such drastic changes after one game.

Might be a tasty five man midfield though if Skipp does dirty work and Lo Celso and Ndombele are better at retaining the ball and a bit more creative.

Ndombele definitely looked good in the system yesterday so he would be in.

352, closer to Conte's Inter formation, need another man in the middle.

Lloris
Romero - Dier - Davies
Skipp
Emerson - Lo Celso - Ndombele - Reguilón
Kane - Son

subs.
Gollini, Tanganga, (Sanchez/Rodon), Bergwijn, Højbjerg, Winks, Dele, Lucas, Scarlett

I don't think that will be the the back three though, most likely will be Romero, Dier and Sanchez.

Thought Skipp really struggled against Vitnss and looked lacking in confidence. Winks came on and did well so deserves a chance. if not then Lo Celso

Lloris
Romero Dier Sanchez
Emerson Hojberg Winks Reguilón
Ndombele
Kane ____ Son

Subs : Gollini, Davis, Rodon, Skipp, Lucas, Bergwijn, Lo Celso

I'm in the 3-5-2 camp to gain a bit more control through the middle.
I'd have the same line up as the other night but with Sanchez for Davies and Ndombele for Moura.

We can always bring Lo Celso and Moura on if we need more creativity.
But if we start with them and it's going wrong we only have defensive options to bring on.

Not convinced with Dier at all. Tanganga or Sanchez would do a better job

I think it’ll be the same lineup as against Vitesse, with possibility of Winks starting instead of Skipp and outside shot of Ndombele in for Lucas.

I think he’ll play the same back 3. I hope the front 5 (Son, Kane, Moura plus WBs) have recovered from a lot of running on Thursday. Think we’ll see Ndombele for Moura and a 3-5-2.

I also think after the last game Conte will want to go with 352 to gain more control in midfield. If the subs against Vitesse are anything to go by then we could see Ndombele in for Lucas, Sanchez could feasibly come in for any of the back 3, and I expect we'll probably see Winks for Skipp. Given that Royal had a good performance I'd also like to see Tanganga on the right side in place of Dier, as a CB who can also play wide to support. So something like this:

Kane - Son
Reguilon - Winks - Hojbjerg - Ndombele - Royal
Sanchez - Romero - Tanganga
Lloris
