I'm pretty nervous about this game after seeing them last night, plus its one of those tough away games that we need to get something out of if we are to realistically going to finish fourth/third.

Still think we will win though!

Friedel
Walker Kaboul King Benny
Lennon Parker Mod Bale
VdV
Adebayour

Kinda picks itself really....

Ditto!

I think the only change to the team, for a more solid base, could be to swap Lennon for Sandro & move Modric further up the field.

Maybe Sandro in there but is that being too negative? I think Fulham should be more worried about our players than us theirs

Enough s enough Sandro must start this one

I love Sandro, but there's no way we're changing the system now to accommodate him, starting a player who's not even come on as a sub recently, pushing Modric out on the wings or splitting up Modric and Parker in the middle of the park.

Same same please... Also, Fulham had a game on Thursday, we really should be winning this one.

Did BMJ rest any of their players last night? They seem a bit unpredictable at the moment so maybe Sandro and Parker should start and Lennon can come on later in the game.

Last time we turned up expecting to win against them, we got well and truley shafted.

looking at who played last night I would think so - maybe Sandro instead of Lennon and play 3 in CM in a 4231 or 433 , Parker or Sandro would have to help out on the right though

I'd prefer Sandro to start rather than Lennon. I don't mind only playing one of Parker or Sandro when we're at the Lane, but these are the sort of away games that having an abundance of creative players can sometimes count for little.

Friedel
Walker Kaboul King Benni
Sandro Parker
Modric
VDV...... Bale
Adebayor

For me that looks a far more open team than the one Chilli posted in the OP.

We can be exploited far more down the wings as we push Bale and VDV up higher than in the 442/4411 formation.

Same team as the QPR game for me, and Sandro will just have to wait a bit longer to get his games again.

They had a first XI out as far as i can tell - all the 'big' names were certainly there. They weren't holding anything back either; proper grudge match that was..!

Same as QPR or Modric in the right, Sandro + Parker central, Bale left with VDV and Adebayor up top.

Same team as Sunday for me

Going to be a very difficult game and I fancy Fulham winning tbh

If we take 3 points it will be massive!

But by virtue of playing both Sandro and Parker we will have the added insurance should play break down and Fulham look to counter which we wouldn't otherwise have with just a four man midfield leaving Parker to do most of the donkey work which will be even more apparent at Fulham than it was at home to QPR.

For me, it's a no brainer but to play 4231 away from home but I dare say it will more than likely be the team that is in the OP.

Same team as qpr for me and then bring on sandro late on to shore things up if need be. They put out a pretty strong squad last night so we should be in a much better position for this game and to be honest we should be winning this.

In the QPR ratings thread I responded to Sloth's post where he suggested the same team, and was saying how we really should have enough cover on both sides. Modric would drop back into the centre, as Sandro or Parker went out wide to cut off the attack.

It's not as if VDV or Bale would just disappear either.

And this. I agree that it will probably be the same team as against QPR though.
