Rotate against Leicester and we might very well drop points,
are we then confident that we'll beat United with full strenght team?
Two weak games at xmas can be catastrophic for our season.
First of all make sure we beat Leicester, then worry about United.
Any rotation should be because the superior player can't play to his best against Leicester,
not because he is needed against United.

I'd have Dembele replace Mason, and perhaps play Rose in stead of Davies.

One fucking game at a time. Play our strongest to ensure 3 points. If we have a good lead then we can rest key players by early substitutions. We stand a better chance of 3 points against Leciester away than Manu at home, even with our strongest side

And on another point, it seems like people are putting Davies ahead of Rose. IMO Rose is the better player. Did you actually see Davies's performance today? Only Bentaleb had a worse game.

We should play our strongest players against Leicester and Manchester United and rotate in the areas that won't make as large a difference. That means Lloris, Vertonghen, Eriksen and Kane should start.

Team for Leceister:

Lloris

Walker Fazio Vertonghen Rose

Stambouli Bentaleb

Lennon Kane Eriksen

Soldado
Team for Manchester United:

Lloris

Walker Fazio Vertonghen Davies

Mason Dembele

Lamela Eriksen Chadli

Kane

Ade can fuck off. No way should he just walk back into the team in the prem.

Whilst everyone is working their nuts off he's off on a jolly trying to stop his mum putting a curse on him.

Fuck off fuck off fuck off

Lloris (or Vorm maybe as a confidence booster)

Naughton Dier Kaboul Rose

Stambouli Dembele

Chadli Paulinho Townsend

Soldado
With the aim of playing the starting line up from the Burnley game against Utd, with the exception of someone in for Mason who will likely be out injured

Leicester are going to chunk the kitchen sink at us, they're desperate for points. Of course this is going to suit us, providing we defend well, as we'll get lots of space and they're atrocious defensively.

Liverpool were pretty dire a few weeks ago against them, and still comfortably won 3-1. Defend well, and no silly mistakes, and I can see us getting quite a few goals.

We have good squad options. Rose, Chiriches, Paulinho, Townsend and Soldado should all start against Leicester. Soldado in particular will be chomping at the bit to show what he can do.

Had a rethink, and wouldn't make too many changes as previously suggested. Yes we need a bit of rotation but this game is extremely winnable and anything other than three points will be disappointing given how poor they are defensively.

Lloris

Walker
Fazio
Vertonghen
Rose

Stambouli
Dembele

Lamela
Kane
Chadli

Soldado

If we're in a position to take one or two off in the second half at some stage, even better. The likes of Dembele havn't had too many minutes lately so should be able to cope a bit better with a quick turn around of games, so he's in to start against United as well.

I'd go for Rose here, as on the break his pace could be more useful. I'd play Davies against United as he's more diligent in his defensive work. Bentaleb could do with resting completely, so he's fresh for United.

Eriksen has pretty much played every minute of the last three games, I'd wrap him in cotton wool for United to.

I'd bring in Davies, Bentaleb, Chiriches (for Fazio), Eriksen and Lennon, ideally, or Townsend to start against United. Will need an injection of pace/freshness etc.

Lloris - Chiriches, Fazio, Vertonghen, Rose - Bentaleb, Stambouli - Townsend, Lamela, Eriksen - Kane

Subs: Vorm, Dier, Naughton, Lennon, Dembele, Soldado, Chadli

Bring in Dembele, Walker, Chadli and Lennon in for United and if Kane is fucked think about soldado or ade.

I think we would need to rest some players too..

Leicester:

--------------------- Lloris
Naughton - Fazio - Vertonghen - Rose
--------- Stambouli - Dembele
------ Lennon - Lamela - Townsend
------------------- Soldado

Vorm, Dier, Walker, Capoue, Eriksen, Chadli, Kane.

I think this is a team who could work well together, Lamela as a number 10 with lots of confidence after the game yesterday. Lennon and Andros on their right flanks, creating width with Soldado being in the penalty area doing his (Valencia) thing. Rose is as good as Davies, and we shouldn't play Walker like stupid now.

Man United:

----------------- Lloris
Walker - Fazio - Vertonghen - Davies
------- Stambouli - Bentaleb
---- Lamela - Eriksen - Chadli
------------------ Kane

Vorm, Dier, Rose, Capoue, Dembele, Lennon/Townsend, Soldado.

The best team at the moment.

Is Capoue fit?

I would play our best side vs Leicester and United but our 2nd string vs Chelsea as we will lose that anyway.
