Assume we will just revert to the formation we played in the Autumn:

Lloris
Dier Toby Jan Davies
Wanyama
Sissoko Eriksen Alli Son
Kane
Unless Dembele is actually fit to start, and it will be standard 4-2-3-1

I know that post was for humour but not comparable. Messi and Ronaldo play in forward positions and hence more than likely play risky passes, Sissoko is a midfielder who plays safe more than not.

This is a wonderful example of statistics distorting reality.
I disagree....I think it's a wonderful example of how we all know nothing and he's actually the best player in the world.

Levy will have that stat on his desk throughout the negotiations to sell Sissoko for £80 million.

I'd also like to see Sissoko given a run-out as the RWB. He has played as something of a defensive winger in a number of his appearances this season so it wouldn't be a massive change, and he has the athleticism to do the job.

We have absolutely nothing to lose and if he were to perform well over the next two matches it could help gin up interest in a player we are almost certainly looking to move.

Teams throughout the league adopted the back three with wingbacks system at times this season and I don't see it going away, if Sissoko were seen as a viable option in that formation it'd definitely make him more desirable.

If Levy sells Sissoko for £80 mil that would be the greatest achievement ever in football, just imagine the glory of £80 mil for Sissoko, he would become without doubt the greatest negotiator in human history and I will personally put his picture on my wall.

Yep in the 352 formation Dier is our right back in defensive situation so Sissoko would simply need to provide his athleticism and track back.

Problem though is he provides no crossing ability.

Let's compare him with Walker and trippier stats
