The subs being Lloris, Rose, Veronghen, Capoue, Dembele, Lamela and Adebayor, with Dembele definitely coming on for some minutes. If Chiriches doesn't make it, I'd be tempted to play Capoue at CB so he can get some minutes under his belt there, t might help later on in the season.

I know it's not the greatest line up you'll ever see, but I think every one of those players need minutes, could get the job done and most importantly, leaves:

More of a 4-5-1. Push Lennon and Townsend out wide and keep them there. Tell them to get down the wings and put a few in the box. Get Paulinho pushing up and joining Kane in the attack.
