its almost 5-3-2 if Bale and Walker play as wing-backs, with Sandro the 3rd centre back, Parker, Luka and VDV in the middle and Defoe and Adebayor up front. Looking forward to seeing that team.

So no Pav tomorrow, will anyone even notice

Whoever is in row Z might feel a bit safer but other than that I don't think so.

Okay that's a bit harsh, but I genuinely believe that Harry Kane would be a more effective substitute than Pav at the moment.

Well based on the official Spurs Team news - Pav, Gallas, Kranjcar, lennon and now BAE out I think the team could look like this! It's wingback time:)

Friedel

Walker Kaboul King Bale

VDV Parker Sandro Modric

Adeybayor Defoe

I think that might be the team and it will be cool to see. I'm not not sure how much width we'll get. Parker and Sandro will have to be disciplined tomorrow to avoid counter attacks.

I think BAE will play, he strikes me as a tough fucker that wont be bested by a bit of a sorethroat

If BAE is out I would go for:

------------Friedel-----------------
Walker----King----Gallas----Bale
---------Parker--Sandro----------
---VDV-------------------Modric--
-----------Defoe----Ade-----------

There will obviously be a big emphasis on the full backs getting forward but, given who they are, I don't see that as much of an issue. As long as modders and VDV are disciplined when we don't have the ball I think it will probably work.

Gallas is reportedly not ready for another week. There is rumor that Adebayor might have picked up a knock.

I watched Bale fill in for BAE vs West Brom last season when he get injured and he was decidedly average at LB. Kind of like playing to all of his weaknesses and none of his strengths.

It's not ideal, but I'd rather see Corluka or one of our centre backs cover on the left. At least we retain the width and attacking threat of Bale then. His pace means defenders will always tend to back off and that gives all our other attacking players a bit more space.

Hope that ain't true regarding Ade, although I'm sure Harry would of mentioned it unless its happened this afternoon....I would of thought training finished though not long after the press conference

Is the rumor on COYS btw?

Yes I was in the upper East Stand against West Brom and I agree he wasn't great, lets hope for a better showing tomorrow and this is a stronger side.

Does anyone know if we sold all our allocation. Thinking about going up and trying to get them on the day. Did we sell the allocation last year?

I'm wondering this as well, thinking of making a last minute trip down, but can't find anything on the website

Anyone know where this rumor DP is talking about is coming from?

Saw it on Spurs Odyssey...via Noodles I think.

Doesn't look like much to worry about though as the rumour started this morning. Since then Harry did his press conference and didn't mention anything about Adebayor.

I spoke to Wigan Ticket office and they confirmed that some tickets have been sent back although they couldn't say how many. Lady on the phone said to get there early and I might stand a chance.
