I would be absolutely pissed if we dont field a PL like XI.
I really hope Ange just starts the best players at his disposal - VDV & Bentancur to start if fit.

No way VDV starts imo but yes I want full strength possible team for this, no messing around.

My preference would be to treat it as a league game and go full strength. If we get a 2+ lead then sub on.

I want us to go for the FA cup this year. We will almost certainly be back in some form of european competition next season so this year is a good year to go all out for it.

that is the most dangerous score. If anyone was unaware. 😂

The only change I would hope for is one of the young CBs, either for Royal or Davies. But would also be happy if we start with our strongest possible and then early sub them in to get a good 30-40 mins match practice.

Im confident we will sign a CB this January, but just in case every deal falls through it would be important to know if we can count on at least one of our young CBs to step up if needed. And if they are not up to the task today it shows us again how important a new CB is this January.

I'll be beyond delighted if VDV makes the bench tonight. Get him some minutes before United and another week's training.

We can't field weakened teams, go full strength and then make subs if winning comfortably.

On our day (as long as we have 6 fit players...) we can beat anyone, so why wouldn't we go all out for this?

I would rest Porro - play Royal at RB, one of the young CBs next to Davies, and then bring in VdV for Davies at around 70'

But, I suspect we will see a back line of Porro, Royal, Davies, Udogie - and then maybe switch it up later with VdV and a younger CB

Next game not for another week, then 3 week break so why rest our best RB.
