Anyway...kick off approaching really fast and I just thought of putting up my team for saturday. I´ll leave Blue & Yellow out of it...for now...

i agree with Mr Pink, but i think Defoe and Crouch will start. Hopefully Crouch will bag a hatrick against them and provoke Moyes to part with some wedge.

I think Pav will deserve his place on the bench. All last season i championed him for a starting berth, and when Harry gave him his chance, he always let us down. Definite bench starter this season.

Gallas hasn't even featured in pre season so I'm not sure why many expect him to start.

If there was a surprise it could be King, but I reckon he'll roll out for United away...or City at home.

Probably, but if VDV is fit that changes obviously....agree with the midfield and defence though for sure, thats how we'll line up.

IF the game goes ahead and VdV isn't fit then the team pretty much picks itself.

Gomes, Corluka, Dawson, Kaboul, BAE, Lennon, Modric, Hudd, Bale, Crouch, Defoe.

If VdV makes it, then put him in instead of Defoe. I dont expect King or Gallas to be fit, while Sandro being injured and Palacios on his way out means the midfield 4 is a no-brainer. Would expect Kranjcar to be on the bench regardless.

Even if we signed Diarra, the guy has had no pre-season whatsoever, he wouldn't be thrown straight in or atleast I hope he wouldn't.

I'd start Walker as Everton doubled up on our left side last year. Bae/bale and walker/Lennon would give them a serious headache.
