With that track record I doubt he will be that expensive as Atleti would be almost desperate to sell him as it seem he's been fighting with half the squad and staff
Whether Pochettino want such a player is another question but he should be used hard work as that is what Simeone's success is built on (throw in parking the bus and some shrew cheating as well). He is close to world class when in form though...

I don’t say that I don’t want him because I would take him. I love watching Atletico Madrid they’re my second favourite club that no one of my family supports (if that makes any sense). I’ve watched him a long time and he’s really inconsistent, last season he had a run where he dominated every game but then had a string of games where he was the worst player on the pitch and making selfish decisions.

If he’s cheap I would take him, his work rate is very good, he’s fast and very good 1V1 and he knows our Belgium boys. But I highly doubt that we would buy him

Disagree with that. We've been crying out for one-two wingers in the Sane - Mane - Zaha mould for years. But every time one comes up, Levy baulks at the asking price, only to find out 12-18 months later we would have had a bargain on our hands...

We are the only top 6 club whose record outgoing transfer is bigger than the record incoming. The lack of ambition is there for all to see. To dare is to do - but Levy just doesn't dare
.

Despite that, we still managed to finish above most of the other five in the last two seasons.

We’re not owned by oil barons or have a large following like united & pool but when we start playing at the new stadium, the higher gate receipts and money from the naming rights will allow Levy to loosen the purse strings. He’s already shown that he’s willing to spend - the purchase of Sanchez is proof.

We have got to be a bit more patient. We have not been far off the rich clubs in recent times and being under Poch, the future will only get brighter.

Anyway I’m quite hopeful that we will make one or two ‘big’ signings in the summer, before we move to the new stadium.

BIG NEWS!!!
BIG STUFF!!!!

A premier League ITK I follow on Twitter (@neilBITK) who has a calculated 94% track record has stated that

1- Spurs are determined to sign a winger in this window however, there is no primary target as of yet.

2- Danny Rose is not leaving in this window. However we remain interested in Sessegnon.

On the subject of wingers. Since Puel has gone into Leicester I've been impressed with what i've seen from Demarai Gray. He looks stronger and more effective this year.

Tbf I don’t know why everyone is laughing at this, Yes this ITK Isn’t the most reliable but he’s got some things right and 4 days ago he said that Van Dijk would go to Liverpool which happened. We’ll see if his right about Spurs tho

He may well be right but I could have written that. Most people on here agree we could use that 'Pacey wide man', we've had ITK on here about Sessegnon and I very much doubt Rose would be leaving in Jan. It's nothing groundbreaking.

I’m not saying he’s reliable but I’ve seen far worse ITK than him.

Haha true but I remember this summer he got some things right. I’m not saying he’s reliable but I’ve seen far worse ITK than him.
Did he get anything 'right' that wasn't reported in the press before he mentioned it?
