I wonder if it's the real reason Levy let Redknapp go after that season. He looked in to the Swiss accounts and realised it was less about tax evasion and more about Redknapp fucking around with the transfers

oh just release the names so we can have a witch hunt and the FA can come out smelling sweet as they reacted quickly to the news

Will be interesting to see what managers are implicated. I can see why people are guessing at these ones. I think 2 of them will be ex Tottenham managers.

Guess the 8 . Harry , Pulis, Warnock, Hughes, Pearson and I would love it if Mourinho was one. Can't think of any more likely lads

George Graham - he liked a fine or £2000
Curbishley - slimy slug of a man
baby Ferguson - corrupt as dad without the success to defend himself
Vialli, Hulliet or Southgate.

*all allegedly

Independent chief sportswriter Ian Herbert: "The sums of money and avarice of it all is sickening. You look at the gulf in class between some of the top managers in the Premier League - the likes of Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp - and the sheer bare-faced grubbiness to it is just shocking."

  1. The sums of money get bigger as the whole EPL pot gets bigger: see TV deals etc...
  2. The greed is there, everywhere in the UK
  3. the grubbiness isn't shocking, no more than political lobbying etc... The British pretend they are clean & pure but fuck it's more corrupt than Italy or any African country

Just to make it clear, anything you post in here that is potentially libellous is done at your own risk. SC accepts no responsibility if 'Arry sets Joe Jordan on you.

Depends on legalities regarding the eight managers in the article. But they've got juice lined up for the next week or so in any case.

I would say on the strength of the article today they'll not be naming any of them

Aren't they not allowed to name them in case it ruins the prosecution? If that is the case I'd expect all the names to be released very shortly so there are no charges brought against them & the FA can hush it up asap
