Hmmmmm, at odds with the views of Carrick on here last weekend amongst Spurs fans watching Utd. on the telly.

I'd say amongst the Utd. Fans though Christian's view is the more common.

I'd say that Carrick deffo wasn't worth 16m, still isn't worth 16m.

Good player for us at that time, and would be good for us now, maybe good should be substituted for great in both instances.......but 16m worth of player.........no way

Yup I'm with this . Its long been my impression that the 'tragedy' of Carrick's departure has been given too much weight in explaining the loss of form after his departure by many on here.

Good player of course (apart from dreadful dead ball skills)
