Unfortunately, and it really saddens me to say it, I just don't think Sandro was ever going to return to full beast mode. It's been over a year since he recovered from his injury and he still looks a shadow of his former self. I really thought this guy was going to be our next superstar and to see his spurs career end this way is truly gutting TBH .

Thank you and good luck Sandro. You deserved better than QP fucking R!

Yeah isn't it crazy that these 3 players who were good with the fans should bring out emotional reactions from them. I guess that's what happens when you're passionate about your team and the players show it back.

Seriously,Spurs fans really need to learn not to get attached to players,if they are shit we will sell them and if they are really good they will want to leave anyway.

SANDRO ! SANDRO ! TOTTENHAM HOTSPURS BRAZILIAN YIDDO !

Gonna miss him. I remember a beautiful 540 pirouette against Villa at home I think, after winning the ball back. Before his injury he really was the Beast, and to be honest I don't think he's had the chance to prove himself fully after returning.

There might be a buy back clause.

Also we have way too many cm and we need more goals. Qpr needed midfielders. I think it's a good trade for all concerned.

Maybe in the future we'll be soulless android type beings who are indifferent to everything and everyone. But we're not there yet.

After his goal against Man Utd who would have thought 1 year late both him and AVB would be gone??

Can you imagine being told on the day he injured himself at QPR that in 18 months time he would be playing for them.

Good lad. Good luck.

Why? He has never fully recovered wither physically or in form since his injury. Pochettino favours midfielders who can do the defensive work themselves, but then transition into attack themselves. Sandro is the old type defensive midfielder who wins the ball and then has to look for the ball-playing midfielder to pass to, so that he can transition the play. It leads to faster transition of play - a key feature in Pochettino's system. Doesn't make Sandro a bad player.

Good lad.

Such a shame he has gone. Was easily the best DM in the league and arguably in Europe 18 months ago. How a team like QPR have got him... And to those who say he is limited, I'd like to know what limited means because Sandro certainly ain't limited.

We will most certainly regret the sale of Sandro. No one in the team comes close to replacing him. What a loss.

Hard to say, Roy Keane was injured for 18 months a year old than Sandro was and eventually came back a better more influential player.

Like everybody else, I'm very upset about this. Quality, heart and character. He'll be missed in the dressing room as well as on the pitch. I can't help thinking that it's a big mistake letting him go.
