Yep. Twatted it into a wall. New one arrives today between 14.40 and 15.40 according to...DPD, next week it is then.

Looked online about the glitch, there's a fair few articles about the problem with numerous posts. This goes back a few years, but Samsung have done nothing to rectify the issue via an update.

My phone was only a cheapie, whilst waiting for a new contract phone next year, but my mobile provider let me take another contract out for £12 per month, new Samsung phone, no upfront cost.

Then in April when the missus contract ends, £28 monthly, we can cancel that, and she can use my other contract that runs until next September.

So in theroy, barring the next few months, i've actually managed to reduce the monthly phone bills by £16, and saved myself most probably £100 having to purchase a new handset to keep me going until next september.
