I think we’re all winners really when you think about it. Thanks Houds, look forward to the next one (y)

Enjoyed that.

Cheers @Houdini, must be a bitch running this and looking for the right number window to open on the old advent calender.

On a closing note... NO @Toast , we are NOT all winners. There is but one...ME. Brutal reality...maybe, but an early Christmas present is a thing of beauty. ?

I gift you, life lesson #41... Cider is the way forward. Word on the street has it that when the careers officer asks the kiddlywinks what they want to be when they leave school, the vast majority are saying just like @cider spurs. ??

Anyways, never one to blow my own trumpet, ? a special mention to @nailsy. A comfortable lead held for the majority of the tournament. I think my fortunate run of maximum scoring BOBBs in the latter stages saw me through. Think I didn't enter selections for something like 5-6 games either. Not blowing my own trumpet. # @cider spurs is the WINNER. ??

Hopefully Cheltenham next if Houds is up for it.

Oh... did I mention that I won. ?o_O

Not sure what style of writing I want for the tattoo. Is a whole back Job a tad too far, ? the missus mentioned that this maybe was the case, but I know she likes a laugh, so I'm thinking she was joking.

Anyways, breakfast. Might have 182 Sugar Puffs today as opposed to the usual 181. 'Tis what winners do.

Anyway, thanks to you all for staying the course, Armstrong was on holiday so couldn't really join in, real tough luck on @nailsy seeing as he had it won before the semi finals and then he went on a route that can only be described as a downward screaming kamikaze dive.
@plupper flattered to deceive at a late stage but that was snuffed out, rapid!
I know a few refused to take part because of the huge controversial political and human rights issues and I totally understand and respect that.
Thanks for the messages.
We are not a bunch of Gary Neville's & David Beckham's as I was called...cos I didn't get paid a £m for doing this.
It's FUN...

Congratulations to @cider spurs, a deserved win.....your title will be delivered within 48 hrs by evri.
Also cheers big ears to @bradfordspur for scrutinising my every move otherwise @Shepspurs would have been announced the winner.
SO, onward and upward as we head for the next one...and I do hope Cheltenham have cleaned up their human rights record and we get a few more entrants. ☺️?
Prizes will dished out when I see @Archibald&Crooks or Good King Wenceslas as we call him at this time of year.

**Don't forget to put your prediction in for the Boxing day Match over at. https://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/in...unity-predictor-competition-2022-2023.150540/

Brentford v Spurs 12.30. KO

Not sure about the style, but, surely a tattoo of Houdini should be included

So, it was bradfordpur that stopped me winning. I thought it was my crap predictions.

See you in the Prediction thread, where I have left a post.

A special thanks to Houdini for running this comp. I reckon it was a year's work crammed into a few weeks.

Thanks to @Houdini for running the competition, though it will be good to get back to Spurs predictions! Congratulations to @cider spurs on the win, I assume you will change your name to BoBB as well as getting the tattoo!

@shepspur I'm not sure how I stopped you winning. Anyway...

Here are a couple of graphs of progress can be tracked - one for the whole competition, another for the Knockout stages (matches 18 to 23) so places are easier to track. You can see where it went right (or wrong).
World Cup Final Places.jpg World Cup Knock Out Rounds.jpg

The next charts show the results (a) with the BOBBs and (b) without the BoBBs. Doesn't matter to me, only Lordflashheart and Armstrong saved me from coming last!
