At the end of the day Crouchie is a decent bloke. He does not deserve that. He always gives his best, no matter what you think of his best, he gives it.

so that wasn't the initial incident, that was the afters during the walk around.

Correct - the original incident happened in the first half with Crouchy giving some verbals back to the "fan" in question (was too far away to hear), then giving the "fan" a wanker sign when he came back on the pitch.

Crouch at the end of the day seems a decent bloke and although he fruatrates the hell out of me he has scored some very important goals for us like away at Eastlands last season and away at the fucking San Siro this season among others so he most definately deserves the respect of the fans for his contribution to some of the best moments in our recent history
