I fucking hate ticket touts, buying tickets asap and selling them on 6 times the original price!!! I cant get tickets through spurs as I haven't got enough loyalty points, and I certainly cannot afford tout prices of £500. and if I did have £500, i would prefer to go to 10 top prem games at WHL than for CC final from a tout. they are dirty cheating bastards, FA/police should tighten rules on touts.

The cheapest I've found online is £225, most expensive £1000. (Not checked eBay yet.)

It's farcical.

How the fcuk do tout's get hold of tickets b 4 us fans do

Because they're almost certainly coming from the corporations or clubs that get tickets. Or they've been promised them by ST holders who don't want to go but will take a hundred or so for them.

they dont, theyre selling on the assumption theyll get hold of some. theyll take your money now, then reserve the right on the day of the final to email you and say "sorry, we have been unable to secure tickets for your chosen event, your money will be refunded as late as we possibly can to squeeze every last drop of interest out of it"

theyre all the same, theyre all a con, and no1 should go anywhere near them!

Touts digust me. It's not just sporting events, anything. I wanted to go and see U2 in concert a couple of years ago and they wanted to charge me £140 for a £35 ticket. W*****s, the lot of them. Scummy ones at that.

Supply and demand. You want what they've got.

I think the worst example was that free Radio 1 event (and possibly Live8 as well?) - free tickets being sold on ebay, that's just low!

It's such an easy way to make a shed load of quick money though. I could have sold my Foo Fighters Wembley tickets on there for about 100% profit 10 minutes after I bought them I reckon, but I actually want to go!

Most of the tout tickets will be corporate ones I'd imagine - I can't see a lot of fans giving their tickets to any of those ****s.

It's how they got them that annoys me. The Cup Final should be all about Spurs v Chelsea and the supporters of both clubs cheering on their teams. In a perfect world, eh? :-(

i was lucky enough to win a ticket on the text comp for the Live8 show.
Got into london nice and early, joined the queue, ltos fo people trying ti buy tickets.
Some guy offered my £800 for both our tickets... thinking it was going to be amazing we turned him down..

3.5 hours later, we are still queueing in the fooking heat.. wishing we had sold our ticket and gone wqatched it in some swanky hotel for the night.

It was shit.
Couldn't buy a beer, food over priced, show boring because we were so tired for queueing in the heat for 3 hours fighting our way through serious crowds.

If I ever get tickets like that again, I'll be selling :)

But there's a difference between selling a couple of free tickets to an event you're not going to go to and being a tout. I wouldn't have blamed you for selling them for £800! I bloody would!!
