To be fair, at least the guy's putting his real name to it now. Makes it a bit more interesting, don't you think? He's not hiding behind the Akqayid username anymore.

Never did I ever feel like we were being trolled by akqayid. As much as I would want to believe in everything he says, I'd much rather be practical. At the end of the day akqayid lacks a certain credibility (due to his 50 percent success rate/unrealistic claims). SC rule, take everything akqayid says with a grain of salt, ofcourse we all already know that .

Great news about moutinho. Just need llorente and Willian now and if bale goes, maybe go for ronaldo?

Ok, seriously, is there any law against winding us all up a full two weeks before the window even opens?! I really hope akawindup is being genuine. :)

I for one trust Akqayid, think he got a little over zealous with his calls (being a fan)

Exactly this, I dont think there is any doubt he gets information, just maybe at the early stages which the fan in him then gets him a little over excited about. He definitely is not a WUM

I'll let this call be the decider when it comes to if I will trust what Akqayid says or not. It's a ballsy claim this early and if it doesn't happen early in the window we know for sure if he is someone we should listen to or not. I think it's kind of obvious that he knows people inside the club juding by some of the early calls he gave us before but last window was just to much bullshit.

Falcao. Goodnight.

I don't understand why it's a "ballsy" claim, and don't get why the rest of you dissenters feel Mouts won't happen!

It's highly likely imo, that Moutinho would A) wanna try his luck in England, and B) would wanna play for andre. I for one can see it happening.

The question is: January window or Summer - the deal could well be done now, but with the stipulation that he moves in July.

That way itk'ers can (and probably will) claim they were right!

Because there have been no one else saying that the deal is even close to being done. The deal was more likely to happen during the summer and everyone said that it was done then but as we all know it all went down the shitter. I wouldn't be surprised if when febuary comes Moutinho still plays for Porto.

this just feels like common sense - that we'll do it - rather than itk. We missed out by the skin of our teeth in the summer, so why would we not go back for a player that the manager wants? I'm happy to disagree, but a completed Mouts deal won't change Akqa's standing in my eyes. Not one jot.

I miss Akqa. Never a dull moment; frustrating at times, but pure entertainment nonetheless. I'd like an Akqa thread that you could slip into, take your enjoyment from, slide out of (feeling dirty, but exhilarated) whilst completing ignoring its existence in other threads.

Sorry, what was the topic of conversation again... o_O

DL would be a rather silly boy if he misses Mouts this time round, but I wouldn't be unhappy with a last minute Pjanic panic if DL can't quite bring himself to release that much cash.

I can't see Daniel Levy laying out £25 million - almost £10 million more than our record transfer fee for Moutinho, after spending £15 million on Dembele, who plays in his position, and with Dembele, Sandro, Parker, Huddlestone, Sigurdsson, Livermore, Jenas and Carroll all still on the books. Going on his past form, I really can't see that happening, as much as I'd really like it to.

Well I would expect DL to try to remove: Livermore, Jenas, Huddlestone from those books and Parker won't be around for ever either.

I am not saying it will happen, but I could see it happening and i can see AVB pushing hard for his man again this window.
