Same with Lloris too.
Adebayor and Damiao are only ones JJ seems to have confirmed and seem to be the two genuinely closer.

Maybe playign other links down as they are too early in the process and doesnt want to draw attention to them. EG If Arsenal know we have had a bid accepted for M'Vila, and with Song seemingly on his way, they'd be straight back in there. Would be beneficial if we can get it done under the radar.

I don't think there are any real links to M'Villa. Rennes have said they have received and offer from an unamed English club and media are putting 2 and 2 together.

It could easily be any of the top 6 clubs.

True. Except for it coming from Duncan Castles, who is supposedly close to AVB. Thats what we have been told anyway. So when it comes from him I thought there was a bit more weight to it. Much like Stobart at Goal.com.

I am. I have my fingers, toes, and testicles crossed that this gets announced soon. Even if he can't play against Newcastle it would make me feel a lot more confident about the new season.

It seems we using a few players as smokescreens at the moment so I'm really looking for some positive news over the next few days.

I'll take £30/£32m for Modric now, I'm not one who thinks keeping him another year is a good idea.

i just dont believe that chelsea and man city etc have people watching twatter or spurscommunity kooking for leaked info.
if i was running a footy club spurscommunity and jj would not be even on my radar i would get info straight from the source.
they know moves are happening because agent bloody tell them because its in their best interests to !!
