What I can decipher is quite a few think he's Spurs bound. But majority seem to be throwing around the figure of 30-35 (followed by the word 'lemons' presume their currency has been lost in translation)
Don't know if they have ITK on that forum but:

I don't know but it makes sense to at least try? Never know they may have people on there with connections in the club that know more than we do. Also good to pick up the general vibe if they feel the player is off or not

Szalai would be a decent signing. I follow Freiberg due to two very good defensive talents they have in Ginter and Sorg and he has done well this season.

I don't believe we have the financial clout to get half a Willian never mind a full Willian

We have a Yid over on the SO site that follows Bochum, so I guess Spurs + Bundesliga leads to some interesting fan loyalties. But that's cool, because anybody can follow the big clubs.

For my part, the team I love most is......and I thought it was St. Pauli.....but it wasn't.....I wanted it to be Werder or Dortmund.....but they weren't right.......is Energie Cottbus. Strange huh? I miss that East German club so much. And they were never that fun to watch. It's just like Spurs (well Spurs were actually fun to watch)....I was just sucked in like a school crush.

I disagree, but more importantly than anything else is that he is a player AVB wants. If we are to judge AVB fairly we have to let him build his own team. A move for Willian is a step towards that.

Which is why I only hope it doesnt happen becasue i don;t think he's worth it but if it does i'll look at it from as many positive angles as i can. the main one being AVB's confidence in him

Don't know if it's been mentioned already but according to IbTimes, AVB has been in regular contact with Willian via text messages in last October. Also mentioned that Willian has personally admitted that he had two offers last summer from Chelsea and us.
