I wonder if he's burnt his bridges as far as we are concerned. It's obviously just speculation but 7m for the Premiership's top scorer is ludicrous and if we aren't in for him there must be a pretty good reason. Alot of the people he previously pissed off are still at the club.

I don't think there's been any ITK about him at all has there? Suggests we aren't looking in that particularl direction.

One year left on his contract is a lot of the reason why. Still makes the cash we appear to be seeking for our "strikers" seem a bit excessive :grin:

Agreed. Get him in for £10M even, then we can risk going to deadline day to get a marquee striker too.
