Going by the Times crossword style the first sentence gives Berahino:

Benjamin = the easy 1st part solution from the capital letter B = Berahino

B.... no hear ...I = the more obscure part which is an anagram and also = Berahimo

That's one down (for me at least) still working on two across.....

OK, working on the same line for the second sentence:

So I.. = the easy 1st part solution from the letter I = Illarramendi

The 2nd obscure part is certainly a bit of a stretch, but seems Times style I think:

DR Ross indicates something to do with USA. And Obama tried to cure a sick "ILL" America with a bill "ARRA" (America Recovery and Investment Act) intended to fix "MEND" the initial "I". = an anagram of everything in quotes = Illarramendi

I have just logged on here. All I have to say is

W
T
F
?

Never being very good at crosswords and cryptics, I also will retire to the player threads. At least we know some shizzle is going down in the board room.

I've been sitting with a guy all week who works part time in the QPR youth set up. Reckons that Austin has been in talks with us for weeks. I said I highly doubt that, offered me a 100 euro bet on it. Whether he comes or not is a different matter, but he said we'd had extended conversations. Is this the wrong thread?

Wonder is this player a senior player who has a long history of injury? This interest if can be completed will be better than that of VDV signing?

Is it Alex Song?

Dr Ross Gellar has a son named Ben

He dresses up as the Holiday Armadillo

Armadillo > Armadildo > Imadildo

The clue is therefore, I'm a dildo

Poor Uncle Ben was Peter Parkers Uncle. People go to the Dr if they have dizzy spells, which happens if you constantly spin in circles. We need a DM.

Welcome back Scotty, and welcome back meltdown!
