Oh right. I missed last night's posts. I take it JJ is intimating that Joe Lewis is now getting involved? Why would he do that, 10 years into ENIC's tenure? He hasn't shown any interest before!

Well as I already said in another thread one of the prossies was Adie. The other was noodles, and then this Berba1981 popped in to get one last one up the duff, before he went home to find Moyes on the sofa with his wife, and so got online to give us his bit of ITK

I'm not an enormous Harry guy, but I agree with him on this one. Why hire a manager if you don't let him manage the players? If you don't like who he plays from who's available, then either buy better players for him or can his ass. In the end I guess we saw option B come to fruition.

Hope Lewis doesn't do the same with the next manager.

I dont think it was a tactical thing. I think it was in reaction to Keane pulling off the taboo Xmas party. If that's the case, it was a request borne out of a disciplinary desire and not interfering with tactics, which I can live with.

I just can't see things like this being true. Seems weird. What the hell would be the reasoning behind this?

Sunday already and no manager. If it gets to next thursday, thats too long imo. No solid ITK recently on who. Few people stuck their name out early on AVB and Moyes. AVB looks a lot more likely than Moyes atm.

Am pretty sure I read once that Levy ordered Jol to pick Lennon for a critical game as he wasn't happy about Lennon being not played and then Lennon played a blinder and we won that critical game, orders or advice from up above are probably not that unusual at football clubs

And rightly so! I was never Harry's biggest fan but simple line is the buck stops with the manager. All goes to shite when others start getting involved with team selection.

we can afford to wait until at least the Euros are finished, hardly any activity going on at the moment anyway and those not at the Euros are probably on holiday.

Has JJ ever had a bad word for Levy? he's had a few criticisms of Redknapp. I don't quite buy the partizan view that he has offered us and he may actually be feeding us info with the approval of the Levy himself. But keep coming with the info JJ, you're the reason that I'm reading this (actually saying that, I'm fucking addicted to this ITK nonsense and I need to get a life!).
