I've been very positive throughout the window but I must admit I'm getting rather concerned. I'm assured everything is sorted and that it won't be a repeat of previous windows but it is hard to ignore past failures. Whatever happens, the Kane situation needs sorting no later than this weekend. When we know what's happening with him, we can then bring in the identified players based on the budget we have including/excluding the Kane sale.

Personal opinion but I think City will stump up and he will be gone.
What’s this helpful, insightful ITK from one of the best informed members doing in the donations thread?

If the window doesn't go the way media and itk were saying it was in terms of total 6/7 in including sorting our problem positions and some outs as well then the meltdown in this thread will be something to behold. Some on here were taking everything that was being said as gospel and may end up more disappointed than they were in 2018

Got a feeling next week is gonna be bat shit crazy on the transfer market and with time running out there will be lots of deals that just can't be done in time. Hope we're on the right side of that for once and not trying to finalise too many deals on deadline day.

Its certainly not only about what is being said, more of what is absolutely needed if we really want to compete on a fine level.

Lets see what happens.

Only at Spurs can a week billed as mega / crazy / seminal end up with the main event being a defeat to Pacos de Farreira

It was about time I set up a monthly donation, Im only here 13 years after all (though thought it was earlier). This is my second home and I have more mates from here than in real life. (suppose its easier not having to put with people in person )

Big 7-10 days to come.

Donated £20! Thanks for running an excellent site and keeping it going. Will definitely try and donate more often as I didn't know about the shortfalls in server costs and what not, and I'm very grateful for having this as a place to go to while away the time and read about Spurs.

This. Been saying all along the final week is where most clubs will do their business. More so than normal. Sooo many clubs trying to work out just what they need to raise in order to survive and trying to shift deadwood unsuccessfully first. It's been the line for months from the agents POV.

Hate the last minute shit.

Hate it when my wife does it.

Hate it when Spurs do it.
