As far as I'm concerned he has to go into overdrive to undo the foulness he's surrounded himself with. After weeks of silence (at best), he's found himself in a bit of a pickle as they won't pay up. So backtracking like crazy...

This Summer is a strange turn of phase isn’t it?
I will be staying at Spurs this season would be the normal line.
