What's wrong with saying happy birthday and being nice to fellow members? The ticker is there if you want a quick fix and while I'm not condoning people taking this thread wildly off topic, sometimes it's really not worth complaining about because you just come across as a bit of a misery-guts.

Generally, nothing, but it shouldn't become a 'thing' every time there's a poxy birthday. Not in here. And the Happy Birthday Bulletspur thing has stopped being 'funny' now too.

Anyway, it was on Saturday when Ghost Hardware announced his birthday and nobody complained, since then, we've had people tell us when it's their birthday, when it's their fucking children's birthday and even when it's their bastard wedding anniversary. That's been the problem because it's just spam.

This is what happens when you just let it go, people start playing russian roulette with their access.
