All I can say to stay safe. Club under heavy pressure to back Conté. They know the fans will turn on them, especially if up the road win league, and we out of CL. Panic has certainly increased as they know the outcome if they don’t back him. Don’t rule anything out right now. You could see a shock backing, but not in large figures. Players Trix and H88 have hinted at certainty will be quality. And they are deals we could do. It is in the club’s hands now. The pressure is on. And Conté loves it here, and wants to commit on long contract. But he wants certain things to manifest, and not just mouth talk.
I know everyone is panicking about Conte leaving but this all sounds like the perfect storm to be honest.

What other choice do the club have other than to back him? To do anything else would be disastrous. He has Levy by the balls to put it mildly.

This ITK together with the other ITK and media sources shows we get to see right now this window truly whether Levy is ambitious or happy for us to float around. The question of whether Levy can take us forward will be answered in the next month, there are no hypotheticals or wait till after Covid or the stadium. Do we back Conte or don’t we, are we a big club or just a pretend big club.

I think there might be an understanding that a “Newcastle” situation is more likely to happen to other clubs so “floating around” top 4 becomes increasingly difficult without investing in players.

So Dan Kilpatrick reporting we’re looking at Porro for RWB and Mckennie for CM. I’d personally be very happy with that as I really rate Porro and I think Mckennie is the perfect Conte midfielder and made for the PL with his elite physical attributes

I don’t mind McKennie but just don’t see the point. Porro could transform us as we would finally have attacking balance which we saw with Doherty’s form at end of last season, is integral to how we play.

Porro is a definite yes, Mckdaddy seems like a sleeper signing to me similar to Kulu and Bentancur.

Oh the negative energy in the press added to that a poor result the other day while our rivals all banked 3 pts always makes the storm feel worse then it is . 2/3 players required this window but important we move out the shite to accommodate . Nothing to worry about atm

Exactly what I thought. Squad is bloated. No way we’re adding a lot of players if we can’t sell anyone.

Yep paratici needs to earn his bread and move players which he struggles to do. I think we will get what’s required to help us push on. Conte also needs to find consistency with the group that’s what he’s paid for

Bonucci was mentioned earlier by ITKs. That would certainly be shocking. So perhaps Conte will get that experienced leader he wants in defence, someone we typically wouldn't consider given their age, etc.

Who do you think gets moved on in Jan?
Don't let's start listing players.
It'll turn in to a pile on, clog the place up and piss off A&C.
We all know who needs to be moved on, the question is if we can find buyers.
(Not a question that need answering here btw). ?
