Iirc The Cake called Chadli after some news reports came out that it was done (via twitter). He may well be ITK as it wasn't confirmed at that point, or it could have been a lucky guess (not too difficult at that point to see it was very close, if not done). However, if this one is actually done and announced soon, it's a fairly strong indication that his info is good.

I said that, it didn't quite bear out but the guy posts very occasionally and that was one of the things he said amongst things.
He is either a long lost ITK or he gets off on this, but to post 'done' 3 times in 3 years suggests incredibly patient WUMmery or genuine ITK.

He might be connected, but we need accuracy before we start annointing people as ITK. Because if Soldado is not done and dusted Cake is going to be shat on from all and sundry.

Am I the only one thinking that Cake man has just been throwing out lucky guesses? He said done deal on VDV on deadline day when we'd already been linked in the press all day about it being done and then calls Chadli done after nearly every Belgium/ Dutch source saying it was about to be completed.

He's not provided any actual info

Edit: He 'called' VDV at 6.04 pm, wasn't it in the press at like 4/5pm?

It'd be much cooler if he just couldn't be arsed to be verified and was actually the God of all ITKs with direct links to Levy/Baldini and just pops out to deliver a massive statement every once in a while, like a killer knockout blow!
