I think Jenas may actually be able to do a job as a squad player in an AVB side.
If he is lacking mental strength then he would struggle to develop his own game in central midfield, but under AVB, your role is very clear and you get detailed instructions on what he wants you to do.

He will get more guidance, than he probably would have under Harry.

I think we may see Jenas back to the old box to box midfielder, pushing on and scoring goals.

As back up to Gylfi I think.

As far as I'm concerned, though, it is ITK. We haven't had much recently and we should embrace it and enjoy it. Some people need to just relax a bit instead of giving a fuck how he spelled things or that he may have come across as an annoying twat. Its ITK, even better it is from Dragon, so its all good
