Either Pearce and Levy have colluded to create an image of WBA winning the "can't keep a player but get the best deal" game or Levys poker hand has been displayed far too often and his lost the chance to bluff

I'm worried for this deal personally

He does look like the better player anyway.
Maybe a bit young but in a few years he could be leaving us for another world record fee.
I'm in.
Not ITK bashing but ITK rarely break bad news, they rationalise it after it breaks in the press but they don't break it ahead of time.

Just to let you know that I've put you on ignore not because you are ITK bashing but because you are a miserable bastard

And for what its worth and thats probably not much, usually i'm keen when it comes to the 'big' transfer saga of the window (its the hope that kills you) but I can't remember too many of them coming off (although i'm sure there's been one or two, no need to name them), but for me, IF I were a betting man and IF I were the kind of guy to wager the occasional testicle, my boys would be rolling toward 'Transfer Not Done' or "TND" as i've christened it, off the cuff stylee…….

Berahino - TND……. accept it now and retain your sanity.

Who's with me?

I can see the plan here, you've lost so many testicles this transfer window why not lose an extra couple, your using your losing run to the benefit of Spurs. so Berahino should sign soon

Yeah an sure that Kane, lloris, eriksen etc will be fine us paying AI 3 times more than them because Liverpool wanted him.... Or not! I quite like the challenge of not knowing if we are going to win every week or if we will get top 4. Makes things interesting! Love the itk hate the naysayers and the manic depressives in here! Roll on the end o the window when hopefully on the relatively sane will stay.

I think since the VDV deal Levy hasn't done any great deals. On the key battles he has lost them all on the incoming front.

Can someone give POTL a reach around or something to bring him back for the next week? Or maybe if we have a whip round and buy him a premium pornhub account so he has something to do when the windows are closed.

Surely our itk can only speak for what Spurs are thinking? And not what's in the mind of the west brom chairman who can say yes or no whenever he wants
Trix would suggest otherwise. Agent contacts will know more from a players side how a club are to react to a transfer offer. Obviously he has to be careful with what he tells us just as his source is probably economical with what he leaks

Honestly don't know why JJ stays on Twitter. Must get sick of having to justify every uttering he makes.
To be fair, no one asked him to clarify, he just said it to avoid confusion from what I have seen.

Yes but he obviously hasn't convinced Spurs that he won't sell and they are face to face with him.

As I mentioned in the SB thread:

If this happens my guess would be that the 23+ was agreed upon in advance between the clubs and this last week or two was just a charade to get WBA fans on the side of their management. They'll accept this 3rd bid and not disclose the amount, while it will only end up being 1MM more than the last disclosed bid, leaving the WBA fanbase to speculate on the actual amount (I heard they went up to 27MM!) and say what a great job their owner did in fleecing Levy, when in actuality this was the plan between Levy and Pearce all along.
