From ROBinBKK on COYS re. Adiepfs latest post...

"adiepf is spot on with the Fabiano info.

Christ knows where he is getting this from but he has been fairly correct, bar the 'we've signed him after the CL qualif'

Even today we have been in talks with both Sevilla and the company that represents Fabiano, how that works I dont know."

Im pretty sure they would grab at the chance of £14mil for a player of 29 years of age with 1 year left on his contract, no matter how good he is. Depends what levy is willing to pay i guess.

i wouldnt say we shafted em, we made no money really we sold for the same as we paid £8M mark, cant say we profited!!! :)
been said untold number of times i'm sure but we paid 8M euros for Zokora so about £5.5m we made a profit on him

adiepf is famous! He'll be my fav ever ITK if it comes off as I'll be in the money.

If Young & Diarra came off too that would be unbelievable. Maybe that's too much to hope for, even one of those would be great.

presumably the company that represents him would be his agent don't think he's part owned is he? If so thats even less money to Sevilla

anyone remember this from dear old "triffic"?

2 days before we signed robbie keane..

“I wouldn’t sit here and say I wouldn’t like to have Robbie Keane at my club because I would be a liar if I did,” Redknapp said. “But he belongs to Liverpool, so it is not an option, unfortunately. As a player and a person, I have a lot of time for Robbie Keane. I think he’s fantastic.”:bs:

I think this Fabiano deal will drag until Tuesday and keep us all sweating.
