I think it's just the way that Harry talks but he doesn't help the situation in that it comes across as a them and us situation with the board rather than as unified team. Doesn't help the feeling that everything is a bit of a shambles.

Man city wont let him go because they havent back up for him and they dont want a repeat of last season when they didnt have any cover.

The point is there's no need to answer that question. You might aswell ask if Gareth Bale would join Barca if they made a massive bid for him. Then start talking about who we should replace him with, talking about getting Ronaldo in to replace him. That's exactly what people are doing talking about Jose Mourinho coming in if Harry were to leave. It doesn't even need to be talked about because there's no indication that it will happen.

As much indication that this will happen as the Llorente deal.

You're totally wrong on the bits I've highlighted, it's not a case of "paper talk" when it comes to Harry being linked to England, like Bale is linked to the likes of Real. It's a case of interviews in which he's asked and he clearly says he wouldn't turn his nose up on the England job. There's quite a few threads bemoaning this fact in Spurs Chat. Shame search is off to show you actually.

Look, I don't want to disrupt things. We're so close to having a great side. We finally have a touch of stability about us. But the "Get Jose in" has not been brought about because of us being fussy.
