While I agree on all these permutation combinations of who could play upfront,doesnt it look a risk to you that we will juggle with the squad , based on a signing who has played 71 minutes this season?
Hence I am guessing we will sign a 2nd player most likely a forward

I hope we do - but its not out of the realm of possibilities that we don't get anyone else done - though the West Brom connection with Sturridge now is interesting...

The other deal is down to the selling club getting a replacement in now, and if they don’t it will be summer. We still want Malcom in summer. His club don’t want to even engage in talks, which they invited, until summer.

Not sure it would be Rodriguez as surely be a risk as isnt he under investigation for apparently making news racist comments to a Brighton player the other week? IF proven imagine he would be facing a reasonable long ban.
