To stop anybody getting banned I should point out that Herc's ITK (Time to see what Levy is made of) was posted at 11.59pm, so can't be discussed.

Well, congratulations, after 4 hours of silence here, you're the first to mention it...

TBF we might be strict but we're not THAT strict :D We'd expect overnight ITK to get some comments. BUT, this Levy stuff has been done to death in here now. If anyone feels they must, pick a player thread and have at it in there. Personally, I'm waiting until we know what's what when the window closes before I fire into the little runt and believe me, I'm chomping at the bit.

Lamela was spotted at his hotel yesterday and seemed to be in quite a bit of pain ("in agony" is how it was described to us). Not really ITK but given he didn't play, it doesn't look great for him at the minute.

Hope it isn't serious and we don't have Lamela (and others) carrying injuries for a significant period. Particularly bad timing given the WC etc.

If anything, the recent injuries to Lamela and Victor strengthen our need for the WF/CM position. Hercules statement about belting up for a rollercoaster ride seems more appropriate then ever

Was'nt there a post match interview with Poch were he stated that he will be fine v Milan?
Let's hope that this is true. Would be such a shame if he was to have another stop-start season in what is arguably his most important year for us.

From Herc’s post late last night it sounds like things are building and given Poch’s post match comments it could be an interesting few days! Hope so anyway!

I know he divides opinion Lamela, but it'd be so shit for him to not get a fair crack this season because of injuries. He's looked/sounded sharp in pre season so far too.

If it was that serious wouldn't he have been sent home with TOB and Wanyama? I'm sure he was in pain but doesn't necessarily mean it's a serious injury.

Just checking that people understand that The Goats info could be two or three days old and that injuries get better as time passes by.

It seems that some people require lessons in comprehension. If you're a bit slow on the uptake, I'm here for you. Donate a score (that's slang for a hundred pounds :sneaky:) and I'll wisen you up.

You're normally fair with your criticism of our comprehension but the goat did say yesterday!

Does anyone know if this Lamela injury is a recurrence of the hip thing or a new one?
