It's Tuesday today isn't it? If Harry is leaving why wait til Friday?

Random piece of ITK not picked up by any of those with the good contacts......sounds a bit questionable.

Chill out sunny jim....I don't want Redknapp replaced by either of them. I just prefer Martinez, the man who should take the credit for Swansea, to Rodgers, if I had to make a choice. Which I don't.

Have to say, I think Rodgers could ruin his career if he goes to Liverpool.

i must've missed the part where martinez got swansea promoted and then had them finish 11th in the pl after playing some fantastic football.

He was away.
He came back early.
They've been talking, hence the agents and lawyers getting involved.
The club like to announce things on Fridays.
There have been plenty of rumours flying around about H so this could either be tying in with those or, jumping on the bandwagon with a dollop of wummery.

? On all the above but it's interesting none the less.

Oddly enough, I'm feeling a bit meh about whether H goes or stats tbh.
I'm not sure that Rogers or Martinez are the 'heights' that we should be aiming for though.
I don't dispute the fact that they're good managers but IF incoming players are swayed by who the gaffer is, will they help attract the level and type of player we want.
I like their style but....

You must have missed the part when it was Martinez who got them playing that exact style of football in the first place.

Oh, and if we replace Redknapp with Martinez/Rodgers we've gone downhill. There, I said it.

It's a shame you missed it. Was a good watch.

indeed. i was too busy watching rodgers struggling at the foot of the table all season before getting hot for a couple of months yet still finishing behind martinez who was in his first season as a premier league manager.
