Olympique Lyonnais informs not have reached an agreement with Tottenham for the transfer of Hugo Lloris.

Proposals submitted by Tottenham tonight are significantly distant from the principle which was officially recorded on August 26 and had opened up discussions between the player and the London club.

Sounds like we have finally agreed personal terms though? So submitted the offer and fucked it up

It is funny. Only Levy can go back and offer them a lower amount than what had initially been agreed.

Haha. There is tough negotiation but then there is stupidity.

Im going twitter thread too - seems that alot of shit is happening over there and we are making signings. This thread we are making no signings.

Lyon might be laying the groundwork for the old "they didn't offer enough, we didn't want to sell him, but then Lloris issued a transfer request and we reluctantly let him go" ...hopefully

Makes you wonder; how many people are we going to miss out on due to Levy's brinkmanship?

Imagine you was selling your prized car due to financial constraints.
Some bloke offers you an amount which you deem fair even though they are being a pain in the ass to deal with anyway...
So you wait a couple of days as the bloke says he'll get back to....
Then he has the audicity to roll up and try and shave off a couple of hundred when he comes to collect it - Muttering something about only getting 33 million for his prized rat...
You wouldn't want to deal with him again/or at that moment would you?

I feel a bit dirty having heard the latest Lloris news. I hope it's not true and that something got lost in translation.

You lot make me laugh.

How is this got anything to do with Levy?

Just remember it wasn't him breaking the news. It was the French media!!

Chill out and wait and see. More and likely will happen tomorrow anyway

And you know all the details behind this do you?

Only asking because it seems that we only know one part of the story
well it seems crazy that we had a bid accepted then suddenly they release a statement saying we changed our bid or our bid wernt matching what we agreed on
