And so often it's a disappointment, not because Spurs have failed in particular but because the info throughout the window has hyped everything so that expectations are ludicrously high.

I'll say this before the day begins...I don't expect a big 'surprise signing'. Yes it happened last time with Rafa but I don't think history will repeat itself today.

I think Parker, maybe Cahill and that could be it with alot going out the door.

I think I agree with this, although still has faint hopes of another quality striker

I agree think we will end up with Parker & possible Cahill.

Is it only me or does the exiting stuff end today? I have a better time in the transfer window with rumour here rumour there than when we actually play!!
Come on Daniel, make the wait worth it!!

Skysports understands??? Honestly I think based on what JJ was saying last night getting rid of Crouch is key to the rest of our moves, I'd be amazed if we held out for £12m.

Skysports dont understand shit.

Harry is the big fan of 3MP, hopefully Levy is a bit more practical and moves him on

No incomings with Hutton, Gio and Bentley leaving. That'll be it. Just wait, Peanut will pop up shortly and tell you the same.

I'm so confident that we'll do no major business that I'm going abroad this morning and wont bother checking the internet/media for a week.

Parker and Cahill would do for me. If we do sell Modric then sturridge on loan and drogba thrown in wouldn't turn out to be that bad.

the only thing I can see after today is a big profit for us, not sure where our money has gone

Parker, Cahill are important signings especially considering I get the impression Cahill could be available around 10m which would be a good deal. Parker gives us options in midfield if Luka fancies some time on the bench or sandro starts shakey etc etc so good signing. We still need one more striker which I think will happen but no idea who, most likely to me so far seems to be a crouch/ gyan deal but not sure we would want another player inelligible in new year so going to rule him out. Would be surprised to see Gomes leave so don't think it will happen.

So if we were to believe all the ITK’s today would see the following

Out:

Hutton – Villa - £4m
Jenas – spammers/QPR £4m
Crouch – Sunderland - £12m
Palacios – Stoke - £8m
Dos Santos – Serville - £6m
Gomes – Russia – Loan
Bassong – Bolton/BBurn - exchange
Bentley – Fulham - Loan

In:

Parker - £6m
Cahill - £12m
Samba - £12m
Huntelaar - £12m
Leandro - £17m

Have I forgotten anyone?

Someone in Spurs admin is going to be bloody busy

Think we will end up with 2 in and 5 out (2 of those on loan)
