If Levy won't Look at Bellamy there's no way he would sanction Balloteli.

DL wont look at Bellamy primarily because of his age - Balloteli fits DL's age profile zone perfectly - citeh need to clear him out now that Tevez is staying - nobody is going to take him on full wages so citeh will be subsidising - all sounds ok till you get back to the fact that he is barmy in a non helpful way

We could of easily made a bid for Cahill, and if not yet accepted, Villa wouldn't need to be consulted and therefore wouldn't know (yet)

Exactly, all Villa need to know is when the deal is complete and how much they get from it, they have no other input surely!

Well Huntelaar's name is not on that Bundesliga transfer list sky have just put on their transfer ticker and apparently, anyone who is not on the list CANNOT be transferred. Therefore, no Huntelaar?

You got that the wrong way round mate, the list is of players who can't be transferred.

So as Huntelaar is not on the list, it means he can be transferred. Same goes for Farfan and 90% of Bundesliga.
