Balotelli's name was removed due to a technical error, according the the Guardian stream.

I'd imagine there will be a number of OS entries relating to Ins and Outs almost simultaneously today. I get the impression a lot of movement in terms of transfers PL wide rely on what we do and who we buy/sell. Dont be suprised if we are all sat here at 10.59 wondering where the hell Scott Parker is only to find out we've changed the fringes of the squad considerably.

So Ben says that no strikers in.....

Why do we always leave it to the last second in the last hour of the last day to do our business?

Slightly off topic but say Spurs wanted to sign Asamoah Gyan (example), and Sunderland wouldn't sell and refused to sell and then reports that "bartering" was underway. Wtf does bartering mean?

Bartering was a system used before currency was invented, basically means swapping.

I must have made a wrong turn into the Dictionary Discussion Thread.

Joe Cole to Lille official...season long loan...dodged a bullet there!

If Liverpool get Hazard as a result of this though it would be very good business by them and strengthen them with a player we could really have used ourselves, him going to our direct rival would not be good for us.

From the Guardian's MBM:

11.55am: And more from Ewan Murray: "Chat at the Scotland hotel this morning is that Aston Villa have competition for Alan Hutton from another Premier League club."

Also, re: the Bundesliga list. According to the BBC, Demba Cisse (not on the list)'s agent has said the only reason he's not moving is because no-one has bid enough for him. Never heard of such a thing before either.

Whilst the windows open surely anyone can move accept for players that have just been signed in the window aside from loan moves...

Phantom of the Lane :

Getting busier as the day goes.

Parker is completed as have said on a few ocassions.

Hutton to Villa. Enquiry has now come on regarding a loan for JJ.

Crouch- offer from Sunderland. QPR want him as well, not at that price.

Cahill bid has been accepted, talking to players agent currently. Head Doctor on standby for medicals.

Gio in talks with Wigan late last night. Initially offers from Sevilla and financially stronger offer from Udinese, player prefers Spain. Wigan came in late.

Wilson to Stoke done.

Diarra talks ongoing.

Only concrete deals at the time of writing are Wilson out and Parker in.

There WILL be more action today.

Transferliste des "Die Liga - Fußballverband e.V." (Ligaverband)

Transfer list of "The League - Football Association" (DFL)

I'm pretty sure it is not a 'transferrable' list and Sky Sports are just being moronic as usual.

According to transfermarkt the DHL transfer list is set up by the league association to announce the club change.
The transfer list is therefore not an overview of transfers.

In conclusion those are players who have been announced to leave. The list will be updated. Players not on that list can still be transferred.

Just a reminder that posting Twitter will get you banned for the rest of the day.

We're getting a few e-mails complaining about 'no warnings', which is bollocks. We've been consistent the whole window and cannot be held responsible if you're too dumb to let it sink in.

I'd welcome Balotelli.

With regard to this DFL list of players that can't be transferred?

Why is Hleb's name on that? He's contracted to Barca still?
Plus there is a player there who plays for Young Boys (remember them?) who are a Swiss side?

I think Sky have got some wires crossed surely?!

There's also a Liverpool player in there - this list seems well dodgy....

On that transfer list thing, that is a list of players that can be transferred INTO the Bundeslega and anyway doesn't close until 18:00 this evening. It is anyway nothing to do with transfers out of the Bundeslega as that is a matter for the receiving FA.

I checked the German version of the DFL. OK?
