3 wins in 14 games made. we needed some fresh faces. additional quality. we needed a strong CB to compete and push dawson and co. we've spent £17m in 3 years. stoke just spent £20m in 1 day.

Pleased to see the back of O'Hara, Keane, Hutton and Bentley. None of them were part of our plans in any way, and were not needed.

We didn't replace Crouch or Palacios though. Parker for Jenas is a great upgrade, but I would have been happier with a DM and another striker.

At least we didn't sell Bassong before the Cahill deal fell through.

Surely Adebayor is Crouch + pace + power + goals?

Parker will get stuck in in a way that Jenas never did.

We aren't any less off than we were before imo. Trimmed the squad and improved with Adebayor and Parker.

Just not as much of an improvement as we could have went for but we can still get 4th just need Adebayor to stay fit and on form.

ITK are in for it now though, even the supposed big guns have gotten it wrong. From now on i will only listen to Peanut.

Total lack of support for his manager again for the 3 rd window in a row, if I was Harry right now I would feel let down and certainly would be looking to walk on levy the useless ****.

I know walker replaced Hutton. That's why I didn't mention it.

Diarra was supposed to replace Palacios.

As for Adebayor...well maybe he did replace Crouch. But having our options as Ade, Defoe and Pav is pretty poor.
