Costa and Milik were the first two guesses so I guess it's one of them the cryptic is referring to.

As Snarfalicious has pointed out in the player thread, Diallo's full name is Habibou Mouhamadou Diallo, so that'd fit with the custom of calling players with difficult names (for English speakers anyway) 'Dave'. That seems to be the ref by JJ.
