am actually asking because their junior lb seems like a real prospect. chambers i think ?

Well if we are actively pursuing a left back then without trying to state the bleeding obvious it would tell me that we will look to shift Rose out - most likely to Sunderland. Fryers will deputise as well as providing at least some extra depth at CB.

As for centre backs, well Kaboul really does need to get over these injury concerns because whereas King could come in and give 8/9 out of 10 performances, Kaboul has struggled and whilst I do think his skill set is brilliant for a CB, we need to forge a defensive unit that would play pretty consistently over a long arduous season.

I'd be surprised if QPR don't come calling for Dawson - in which case, a decent fee of £8million would be achievable but going back to the point at hand, if we are looking at CB's then one of Kaboul/Dawson are going (can't see both leaving) IMO.

Dawson hopefully, love his commitment but he is too slow for Poch's high line system and his hoofing would not be compatible with Poch's pressing possession football

I looked up the quote and it is from the scene where Kane is purchasing The New York Enquirer. He is blasted by the former owner for purchasing "things" that he doesn't really need.

Was very excited when we signed him. IIrc Manchester clubs and Chelsea were also in for him. The match he played at Old Trafford was fantastic and was hoping we sign him.

Things haven't panned out well though. He can neither defend nor does he distribute the ball, one of those traits are required to be an effective midfielder. We can't sell either of Sandro and Capoue due to Sandro's injury concerns and Capoue is a top player who before us was linked to Athletico Dortmund Arsenal Napoli etc. We only got him at 9 m since his contract was running down.

Fulham has a knack of selling injury prone players and Dembele is no different. Don't think he's the same player after the hip injury. Selling him for 15 and getting Banega for 5 would be amazing. A midfield of 2 defensive players, one goal poacher and a creative player looks much better.

This is not true, his tackling and interception stats are always very good.
