Roma agree Bojan terms...hmmm....

Given that they have already signed Borriello on a permanent basis this summer and they have Menez and Totti who got a lot of games last season, i would say that signing Bojan would mean Vucinic is leaving.

Interesting we also bid for Bojan, perhaps to try and negotiate the Vucinic deal with Roma.

Just to clarify, I'm fairly certain that the Goat was not saying that there'd be a signing at lunchtime today so can we please not bang on about that too much.

This is simply what happens when you allow A&C to be in charge of the Goat. He can't keep it under control and it gets out and starts posting nonsense.

For those that are worried, we now have both the Goat and A&C back on their respective leashes.

ez14ginola on SO :

from what i have heard,
- adebayor is almost entirely out the question - we were actually seriously after higuain but got rejected by the player
- the brazilian kid is a long way away from being done
- not heard about hazard/marin but levy wont sell modric so unlikely we would be getting either

sorry but quite sceptical about what this brownhead has to say as very confident about the above....i may be wrong or misinformed but we are really a long way away from a big signing - i did hear that though levy and arry do get on, arry does change his mind almost on a daily basis on players which doesn't help (he did the same over jan) ...we have money so expect a 'biggun' but prob lastminute.com

also, the mexican def done - very low risk deal, worst case make small money from championship side

Archie often backs up this guy's info.

Not a massive fan of Vucinic. Cant say he is any better than what we already have, considering he plays in a pretty pants league.

Anything else been said on Llorente?

German, Holland, Brazil, even the bloody French league is more entertaining than the Italian one! People have to stop thinking that Serie A is still this brilliant league, its not. For a start, look what we did to both Milan clubs.

Our first BIG game in europe and we lost 4-3 ok fair enough. What about the other results? Beat Inter comfortably, then drew and beat the Italian champions. Bloody hell even Crouch scored!

I think that's overstating it a bit.

In the first game against Inter we were outplayed for 10 minutes and then were down to 10 men. Even after that we came back to make it 4-3...hardly outplayed.

And in the second leg against Milan yes they had alot of possession but as we were defending a lead that was hardly surprising.

I definitely think that Serie A is weaker than La Liga and the Premiership. It seems to be getting back to its former pomp but it's definitely not there yet.

Does anyone know why Redknapp was on ssn last night? Was that us going official on Rossi? He came across like he had no idea what was going on, seemed little point to the interview to me.
