Good news on the ITK around outgoings - but to be expected right? Everyone is going in last minute now because last-minute buyers have the cards with the Window closing so soon and sellers needing squad spaces freed up for their own buying plans.

Good luck to those leaving though - I think a few of you are being harsh on some who have done a decent job when called upon.
Spurs is a pretty tough club to break into and succeed.

I would hope there's some sensibility about and its nice to see (and appreciated) that people are helping out with 'nudges' in the appropriate direction. But do it nicely.

For what its worth, I doubt very much that there will be any more locking of this thread now that we're in the home straight, that wouldn't sit right with us, now is the time, more than ever, that this thread will be busy and more importantly, needed and even more importantly, have some fun too.

BUT

The banstick is out, polished and lubed. We'll be making liberal use of it should people persist in spamming the thread or whatnot and I'm pretty sure nobody wants to lose their access now, right on the vinegar strokes of the transfer window, so if people just give a little thought to what they post, we'll all have a grand time of it.

definitely not adding salt to that:inpain:

the trouble is sometimes people post from the original news, like quoting Trix. so they don't know what's been said over the next 5 pages.

anyway hopefully someone will sign Sissoko, and just hope they are not a passing stats team, though they will have a grafter on their hands.

I'm always a bit torn on Sissoko. Part of me thinks that he seems like a really nice family guy, a bit shy, a brilliant athlete - he's not done well with us, but it's not for want of trying, and he works really hard on the pitch. I mean, it's not his fault he cost so much.

But on the other hand, he loves Arsenal and has an Arsenal shirt in his wardrobe, and quite frankly is the most technically appalling footballer I think I've seen play for us.

I don't dislike him, but I'll be relieved if he moves to another club - at which point he'll probably come good again.

Don't get Too excited they might not agree terms on wages. Getting someone to buy sissoko is one thing, paying him £80k pw is another

Let’s not have a thread talking about fractions of liquid in @yankspurs glass. Let’s just assume it’s 2 cups attached either side of a baseball cap with a straw from either leading to his gob with matching foam hand and we can move on to discussing ITK.

We have officially entered crazy town if people are worried about selling sissoko, Amos, Skipp and Onomah could all come in a do a job. To say Sissoko is limited is a understatement
Where's the Amos, Skipp and Ononmah ITK? Should this get one reply and take the thread further off topic, teletext awaits you.

Seems things are starting to move. Probably always the case going into the last week. This is where we have to hope previous comments about the legwork already being done and just waiting to pull the trigger is on the money.

I'm ready to be completely useless at work over the next 4 days. I just heard the Super Mario "Hurry Up!" music turn on.

Edit: Thinking about the ITK linking Sissoko and Janssen with exits...you'd have to think Sissoko is the one that is the bigger "win" to get out, due to his wages. A lot easier to absorb Janssen's than Sissoko's.

I'm taking an educated guess but Rebrabs mystery midfielder hitting the news appears to be Lobotka

I bet there’s a couple of teams that know Janssen can be figured out quickly and therefore is viewed as a fallback option. It doesn’t help us as we need him gone yesterday, but in the end I have little doubt he will be elsewhere come the end of the window.
